Cancellations
Effective March 1, 2020: Card processing fees are no longer refunded by the card processor. Therefore, we do not refund the processing fee on cancelled orders unless the error is ours.
Cancellation Examples

| Buyer changes mind (item in stock, order not yet processed) | Full refund minus the processing fee. This fee is charged by the card processor and passed directly to you — we do not profit from it. |

Returns
All returns and cancellations require prior approval.
Our return window is 30 days from purchase date. After 30 days, no refund or exchange can be offered.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Must be returned in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Wheel/tire packages once tires are mounted
- Customized merchandise (painted, drilled, inserted, filled & drilled, etc.)

- Receipt or proof of purchase

Restocking Fee
- 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Waived if exchanging or requesting store credit (excludes wheel/tire packages).
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if approved)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you confirmation.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds?
- Re-check your bank/credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company — posting can take time.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
- Sale items are final sale — no refunds.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if defective or damaged.

Gifts
- Marked as gift & shipped to you: You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed.
- Not marked as gift (or shipped to giver): Refund goes to the purchaser — they’ll be notified of the return.
Shipping & Return Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from the total.
