Cancellations

Effective March 1, 2020: Card processing fees are no longer refunded by the card processor. Therefore, we do not refund the processing fee on cancelled orders unless the error is ours.

Cancellation Examples

Scenario Refund Details
Buyer changes mind (item in stock, order not yet processed) Full refund minus the processing fee. This fee is charged by the card processor and passed directly to you — we do not profit from it.
Item out of stock (we notify you after order) Full refund including the processing fee.

Returns

All returns and cancellations require prior approval.
Our return window is 30 days from purchase date. After 30 days, no refund or exchange can be offered.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Must be returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wheel/tire packages once tires are mounted
  • Customized merchandise (painted, drilled, inserted, filled & drilled, etc.)

Required for Return

  • Receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact us for approval.
  2. Ship item back at your expense to:

  3. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Restocking Fee

  • 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Waived if exchanging or requesting store credit (excludes wheel/tire packages).

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if approved)

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you confirmation.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds?

  1. Re-check your bank/credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting can take time.
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. Still missing? Email contact@revdynamics.net.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
  • Sale items are final sale — no refunds.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if defective or damaged.
  • To exchange for the same item, email contact@revdynamics.net and ship to:

Gifts

  • Marked as gift & shipped to you: You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed.
  • Not marked as gift (or shipped to giver): Refund goes to the purchaser — they’ll be notified of the return.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from the total.
